When we decided to bring Maza to San José, we didn't want to recreate a restaurant. We wanted to recreate that feeling. That sun-soaked afternoon with family. That first taste of ceviche and fresh tostadas with your toes in the sand. That laughter shared over cold drinks and warm company.
